All vehicles sold through Newcarxchange are subject to and will be *Inspected by Newcarxchange personnel before being delivered to the Puchasing Dealer to assure the vehicle was Represented correctly.

The Purchasing dealer will inspect the vehicle upon delivery. If the vehicle has more than $400.00 worth of Undisclosed (hidden) repairs when it was listed for sale with Newcarxchange, the Purchasing Dealer has the right to not accept the vehicle and void the purchase. Repairs which included are only undisclosed (hidden) repairs and not of the**NORMAL WEAR ITEMS. The Purchasing Dealer must reject the vehicle after his inspection and before the transaction is made.

If a vehicle is rejected because of Undisclosed (hidden) repairs or Misrepresentation, the sale is voided. The Purchasing Dealer is responsible for the Transportation and the cost of Transportation unless another agreement has been made between the Buyer and Seller.

Purchasing Dealers are required to pay for a vehicle with Certified Funds unless other arrangements with the Seller Dealer have been made.

Selling Dealers have the right to reject and turn down any and all bids even if the top bid meets or exceeds the reserve price. The Selling Dealer accepts the responsibility of supplying to the Purchasing Dealer a Good Title (Not a Branded Title), free of All Liens (Bank, Tax and Others) upon receiving payment of each vehicle at the time of delivery.

Newcarxchange is not in the business of Transportation. If requested, Newcarxchange can make arrangements to have vehicles delivered. The Purchasing Dealer must supply Dealer Plates, Insurance, pay the Gasoline Expense and pay Newcarxchange an additional $1.00 a mile fee for using this service.

Newcarxchange accepts no responsibility, makes no warranties or guarantees and accepts no liability for Bad Checks or Titles that are not free of All Liens (Bank, Tax and Others) or Branded Titles. Newcarxchange accepts no responsibility, makes no warranties or guarantees and accepts no liability for any Undisclosed (hidden) problem(s) which any vehicle has that is sold through Newcarxchange.

No Flood Vehicles will be sold through Newcarxchange unless they are represented as Flood Vehicles.

Any Dealer that intentionally Misrepresents or consistently does not Disclose Much Needed Repairs will be Expelled for the Network.

Any Dealer that purchases a vehicle listed on the Newcarxchange Network directly from the Listing Dealer to avoid Newcarxchange Fees will be Expelled from the Network.

Any Dealer that rejects a vehicle for nothing more than *Normal Wear Items is subject to Expulsion.

Any Dealer that does not act in Good Faith with the Newcarxchange Network of Dealers can face Expulsion.
